this weekend i painted a present for my parents, the "Blue Heron" to go on the front of my parents home in Poulsbo, Washington.
Since it is going outside in the Pacific Northwest, we painted with exterior paint on a 4x8 foot sheet of ply wood. hopefully it will withstand weathering.

Mojave desert drive, shoe was fun!

the marg and i decided to jump into the Mojave desert for vast open space and to escape the Hogbitten for a while...we saw a sign post that was a shoe sign of things to come...
